Returns
You can cancel your online order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
How to return
- Tell us within 14 days of delivery: email contact@babytrailgear.shop or use our contact form, with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, to: Baby Trail Gear, 8403 Queens Street, Rochester, ME3 8RZ, United Kingdom.
- We refund the item price and the standard delivery charge to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the items back.
Return postage
For a change of mind, you pay the cost of sending the item back; we recommend a tracked service. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay the return cost and arrange collection for large items.
Hygiene items
Mattresses, mattress pads and protectors, sheets, nursing bras and bralettes, and anything supplied in sealed hygiene packaging can only be returned for a change of mind if unused and still sealed.
Condition
You can handle an item as you would in a shop. If it comes back used, assembled, damaged or with parts missing, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
