Delivery

We deliver across the UK. In-stock items are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (cots, furniture and pushchairs within 2 to 5) and usually arrive 2 to 5 working days later. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. See our delivery page.

Returns

You can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Mattresses, bedding, nursing wear and other items in sealed hygiene packaging can only be returned for a change of mind if unused and still sealed. See our returns page.
